1. Introduction

This research project seeks to investigate the impact of migration on the production of local public expenditures in Australia. It attempts to address an identified gap in the existing research and to contribute to the development of a body of knowledge that will have application in the setting of public policy.

2. Literature Review

Although much such reform has had limited success, this area of analysis does open up the black box of the state and has the potential to provide insights into the role of different forms of leadership and governance in stimulating innovation.

3. Research Objectives

The objectives of the research should be initiated based on the problems identified in the problem statement. Objectives are the breakdown of the main goals into smaller achievable steps. The objectives of this research are: 1. To identify the factors that influence the intention of Muslim consumers on choosing Islamic home financing over the conventional home loan. 2. To investigate the effect of attitude toward behavior of Muslim consumers on choosing Islamic home financing. 3. To explore perceived behavior control on obtaining Islamic home financing among Muslim consumers in Malaysia. 4. To scrutinize the subjective norm effect toward obtaining Islamic home financing between male and female Muslim consumers. 5. To compare differences between Islamic home financing and conventional home loan in terms of financial benefit, interest rate, and legal contract on housing property and the impact on Muslim consumers in Malaysia.

4. Methodology

The survey will attempt to ascertain the opinions of the Malaysian construction sector concerning the software product and the benefits it may provide. The research will attempt to gauge the level of interest in BIM and a BIM-based software product, the perceived efficiency and productivity advantages such a system will provide, and the potential obstacles faced by construction firms in the implementation of BIM. The results of the survey will be extremely vital to the research as it will allow informed conclusions to be drawn on the perceptions of the Malaysian construction sector and the likelihood of successful BIM implementation. 5. Conclusion

The research proposal is meant to give solutions to some of New Zealand’s most important environmental issues and to set up multiple projects, run by companies and volunteers, that will serve to improve the state of the environment and make the country a safer and more beautiful place. The money from this scheme will continue to feed into future schemes and projects that will serve to rectify problems that were prescribed in the ENV1/2 classes. This entire payment-free system serves to return New Zealand to the state it was before environmental issues became frequent, and the projects and schemes that will be established will serve to ensure that new problems will not emerge. This research proposal asks for a relatively small amount of money, $500K, which will serve to improve the environment and subsequently the state of New Zealand.
