This could lead to dumping traditional jobs and focusing fully on internet-related work. Sustaining a healthy lifestyle is now possible in comparison to previous generations. In short, with the right technology and resources, we can expect Singaporeans, Malaysians, and Indonesians to enjoy a healthier future.

5. Conclusion and Recommendations

The fundamental principles of a literature review have been highlighted, but this paper has attempted to provide some basic guidance and advice on the process of reviewing the literature. It is a time-consuming and a thought process that is to be refined many times, but it is an essential step for the higher research. New researchers with an unclear idea of where to start and what to do are provided with the necessary steps and guidelines that are to be followed in postgraduate levels of study that may be implemented in a real-time scenario in an Excel Template. Measures involved in the development of the template, defining the type of template, and prerequisites for the template have been clearly defined and are easy to capture. This worked example takes a clear, simple, and easy-to-understand idea and converts it to a specific researchable question.
