In this case, we have analyzed the general environment, industry environment, and the competitor environment which surround Barrick Gold Corporation. Then we take a look at the internal environment of this company. We have done the financial ratio analysis for Barrick Gold Corporation. And then, we proceed with the strategic issues and the solutions for the strategic issues. We have done a SWOT analysis to help us in identifying the strategic issues and the solutions for these strategic issues. Last but not least, we make a conclusion from the whole case to generate the TOWS matrix for Barrick Gold Corporation.
