The characteristic of the goals which I have with, I believe that to go to this business school with a superior curriculum, that is Wharton School, is the best choice for me. Also, since I decided to acquire superior knowledge and network, I think that there is no other way but to become a student in reality, and I want to study many subjects such as finance and risk management and become a business person who could manage various international projects.

Wharton not only offers cutting-edge business courses but also covers a wide range of disciplines including liberal arts, and the environment at Wharton is quite diverse and collaborative. These cultural and educational aspects of the Wharton community draw me very much. I have great expectations about developing my business skills and extending my future network cooperatively. After graduating from Wharton, I plan to work at a trading company because working there, I can touch various industry sectors and take advantage of more options of doing business. With the increasing globalization of business, an understanding of the socio-economic issues pertains not only to business but also to society around the world. The total number of hours spent working is frightening; even more frightening is the proportion of these spent in productive pamperings in the school’s computer labs. Free time is minimal; the volume of alcohol drunk is astronomical. Of course, a recession is hardly the right time for an “MBA mentality,” and in restricted times, many Whartonians will have little chance to put to immediate use all that the School and its stimulating environment have taught them. But to suggest that the program of itself is unsuitable for recessions is a total misjudgment. The Wharton MBA is a living, growing, vital force, and its influences continue for the rest of a participant’s life, irrespective of the economic climate.
