Therefore, at a time when there is a weaker, if more passionate, army of professional fact-checkers, new mechanisms need to be embraced to guarantee that information disseminated across traditional or social media does not foment unnecessary disagreement between citizens. The stakes in this debate are higher in our current unseemly spartan digital landscape, the end game being not just winning a political argument but the erosion of our fundamental governing institutions.

Besides, it provides metrics on various frontiers of writing including clarity, style, language and relevance, as knowledge that was generated from historical data on writing quality. At present, PRODUCER needs to receive at least 10 sentences in English (British English) to show analysis based on data from diverse sources, including extensive editorial data, research on confusion, and knowledge of writing best practices.

3. How AI Writing Tester Works

To use the AI Writing Tester, any level of users need to have access to the internet connection and the relevant UI, simply provided by accessing the designated site. The AI Writing Tester should interact with pre-defined NLP (Natural Language Processing) datasets in order to find specific grammatical errors and semantic textual issues. The AI Writing Tester is operated based on two main components: AI Engine and User Interface (UI). The diagram presents the structure and mechanisms of the systems. During the test, the original text presented by the user is first preprocessed into a machine-readable form. The processed data is then sent to the AI Engine. Furthermore, the use of the AI writing tester improved productivity and focus to generate marketing messages, as personalized messages could be generated in high volume on demand, and time spent on validating the marketing messages through the shopper survey process has significantly reduced.

Before the marketing material is released into the market, our test framework should validate that the correct set of marketing messages is available, consistent, and compelling. To illustrate this, we conducted multiple case studies with our AI writing tester in industry standard to generate marketing messages from news press by rewriting the top N sentences from the news press. The methodology for validation of marketing messages, as proposed in this paper, was then implemented on the AI writing tester framework. The investigative studies showed that the AI writing tester successfully validated that each set of marketing messages was consistent and compelling. It also successfully validated that the correct set of marketing messages were available when they were compared against current campaigns in the market.

5. Conclusion

Science and technology have come a long way to the point where what used to be impossible for a computer, such as natural language processing, is now a reality, along with many other aspects of AI endeavors. Now, it is important to also be able to answer age-old questions like whether a computer can think or whether a particular program is intelligent or creative, especially if you are thinking of ranking the result of an AI system against one that is human-generated. Our work is inspired by the courage and audacity of Alan Turing, who proposed the “imitation game” in 1950, which he termed “Thinking Machines.” This is now referred to as the Turing Test, a test of a machine’s ability for intelligent behavior equal to, or indistinguishable from, that of a human. We will describe 4 tests that we use to probe AI’s capability in each of the above areas to see if it is indistinguishable from a human counterpart for an audience of humans who have no particular training in artificial intelligence (AI). Our intent is to provide a session at the Telluride Workshop that we are planning in continuation of AI’s long history of dialogue with human problems.
