1. Introduction

Our society witnesses rapid change. Over the years, we have shared a strong bond and learned many things in order to cope with the change. The major cause is due to the new development of technology. In the past, technology was known to be the catalyst of the industrial revolution where we applied engines to our daily life. Today, the cause is due to the rise of computer embedded technology. This makes us more subjective towards information that could easily change. Then, when it comes to the development of computer embedded technology including the information systems like the internet and intranet, we could say that we’re at a stable state. Now, we can see that there’s plenty of information available ranging on any certain topic and ever growing. This immensity of information concerning a certain topic could lead to discrepancy and confusing interpretation for the information itself. In this regard, we need management to control and validate the information gathered concerning a certain topic. The emergence of such need has led us to knowledge management. Knowledge management could be described as the process to identify, select, organize, disseminate, and transfer information to ensure a better interpretation of information to produce knowledge. Knowledge management has a pattern and requires a beginning. The effort to ensure better knowledge management will need a clear analysis of the topic and will conclude with the validation of information and knowledge. This effort has emerged to us a need for a domain analysis.

2. Background and Significance

Even with evidence of regression and the absence of detectable DNA, it is still possible for the lesion to reactivate, providing further evidence that the development of cervical neoplasia is causally related to the presence of high-risk HPV. The possibility of cure of CIN without radical or ablative treatment is based upon the spontaneous regression rate for CIN 2 to 43% and 32% for CIN 3 within 2 years, although this may still be associated with persistent HPV infection and the disease is still likely to recur. (9) Current guidelines and management of HSIL are based on the idea that these are precursors of invasive cancer. As the disease has the potential for significant morbidity and mortality, swift and decisive treatment is often recommended. However, the significant emotional and physical cost of treatment for a disease which may still resolve has generated a push for alternative management strategies since the recognition of the significant rates of spontaneous regression. This has led to the identification of several different options for non-ablative management in the hope of preventing the progression of the lesion or facilitating its regression. With the knowledge that the level of virus oncoprotein from integration is the key to cancer progression, a promising approach for non-ablative treatment has been to increase the immune clearance of viral infection. With the importance of minimizing additional morbidity and cost, a more decisive approach has been to simply monitor the disease with cytologic evaluations, colposcopy, and biopsy, and only treat at the time of potential progression becoming invasive cancer.

3. Research Objectives and Questions

The research aims to find what drives human resource development with the new graduate trainee engineers at Company X. Our research aims to promote efficient pharmacy services and good healthcare for patients with diabetes through the FIP Global Diabetes Matrix by describing the current services and identifying unmet needs. This is based on the principle that pharmacists can improve health outcomes for people with diabetes through patient-centered care, which is defined as a collaborative process through which patients and their families are empowered to take more responsibility for their health and healthcare. This is done by identifying health-related issues, resolving and preventing drug therapy problems, and optimizing the patient’s health. This study will work on the principle to improve patients’ health and therapy outcomes.
